The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

The photobox provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
