What should be achieved?

The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor, just like with the passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is identified, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in several dimensions.
So you always have the right photo for
LinkedIn, WhatsApp & Co, Outlook, XING, Instagram
etc. ready.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?

To ensure that the CRM system or the Active Directory are not the only ones to get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his photo as a file.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the field worker can use to load his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN into which the field service employee has to dial.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Additional uses

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at sales force parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Recordings of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour of the company
• Employee photos (as already explained)
• Creation of biometric passport photos and ID photos
• Photo attraction at customer events & meetings

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is taken over directly.

Customer ratings

Since the system was introduced in 2019, two systems have been permanently installed in Germany and Zurich.
