What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department) and / or bring it up to date.
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read in immediately from the company ID card. The data collected in this way are then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in various sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photos digitally.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
