The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get his photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, the staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo digitally.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's e-mail inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
