What should be achieved?

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee will be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new images, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their image digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his or her original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following possible uses:

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained directly.
