The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to take their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department) and / or bring it up to date.

Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place synchronously in several forms.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to receive his picture digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
