The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.

How does the employee get the photo?

The Photobox provides a private WLAN into which the employee has to dial in.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original image and the various versions for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
