The use of a photo box for employee photos

The solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

How do the staff get their picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
