What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at locations that change on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the business card. The employee data recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in several sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position will also appear on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to also receive their photo as a file.

In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
Other possible uses
In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
