What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can be done in several sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the employee can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
