The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

Our proposed solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can be set up.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.

How does the employee get his picture?

    The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
    At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
  3. Download from an online gallery
    At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the different versions for the different target systems.
