The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that no extra staff is needed on the spot.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the connection.

How does the employee get the picture?

At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can copy down his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
