The mission goal
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, as with the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in different forms at the same time.

etc. within easy reach.
Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory does not alone get the new pictures, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to copy his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN, which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other deployment options
In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following possible uses:

The need for investment
The cost of purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
Customer ratings
