The mission goal

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be independently adapted to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen, just like with a passport photo machine.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. EmployeeID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the portrait taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for
Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp & Co, Twitter, the CRM system
etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with a company logo and/or the employee's name and position can be directly visible on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, the employee has three different ways to choose from to get his picture digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

Other deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

• Use at employee parties (summer party, Christmas party ...}
• Photos of groups of visitors, e.g. after a tour
• Use at trade fairs to produce personalized “flyers”

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photo box optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 or more employees.
Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
