What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company has the chance to take a photo of the individual employee and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various background settings you specify. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the captured image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to receive their photos digitally.

In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other deployment options
In order to make the best possible use of the purchase, you have the following options:

The need for investment
The price for purchasing a photo booth adapted in this way starts at around € 4,400 plus VAT and is worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
