What should be achieved?
The employees in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in a number of shapes and aspect ratios if desired.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, as with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the business card. The information collected in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined point on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to choose to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
