The use of a photo box for employee photos
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).

Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra option.
The image output can be done in several sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
