The mission goal
The employees in your company have the option of taking their personal employee photo and / or bringing it up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo box similar to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read in directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their photo digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to load his or her original recording as well as the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the photo taken will be sent immediately to the employee's email address.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is kept immediately.
