It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image can be output in many formats at the same time.

How does the employee get the photo?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
