The mission goal
The employees in your company have the chance to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place at the same time to different extents.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the picture.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's e-mail inbox.
