The mission goal
The employees in your company get the chance to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
This gives your workforce the opportunity to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the image.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in different dimensions.

How does the staff get their photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which employees can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems.
