The mission goal
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place at the same time to different extents.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be included directly on the image.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to get their photo digitally as well.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN which the staff must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
