What should be achieved?
The staff in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the option to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, as with the photo booth, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken with the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be immediately included in the image.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to receive their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery where staff can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
