The mission goal

The employees in your company are given the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the required steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been recorded, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data set via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in different forms.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with company logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photos digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is sent directly to the worker's mailbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to load his original recording as well as the various versions for the various target systems.

Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased directly.
