The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
