What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the chance to take their personal employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized for the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the required actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or several of your specified backgrounds. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed portrait and the internal employee data set takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in several formats at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their image as a file.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
