The mission goal

The employees in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff is not needed on the spot.
This gives your staff the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the photo.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photographed picture with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different formats.
So you always have the best photo for
the CRM system, Facebook, Outlook, Instagram, LinkedIn, XING, WhatsApp & Co
etc. ready.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the employee's name and position can be included on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to receive their photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent directly to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where employees can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.

To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The price for the purchase of a photo box adapted in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
