What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or one that changes regularly (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can position a photo booth that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the required actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is found, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new photos, there are three different ways for the employee to receive his picture digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
