What should be achieved?
The staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several forms.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
