What should be achieved?

The field service employees in your company have the option of photographing and / or updating their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional staff on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will stand in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee report can also be displayed.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in many dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee can also appear on the picture.

How does the employee get his photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new images, the sales representative has three different ways to receive his image as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
