The staff in your company are given the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
This gives your staff the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or several background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original photo and the different formats for the different target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Other possible uses
