What should be achieved?
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves around the clock with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information, e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The data collected in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the image can also be displayed.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in various dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the image.

How did the staff come to the picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can enjoy the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his picture as a file.

Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various formats for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is kept immediately.
