What should be achieved?

The field service employees in your company have the chance to take photos and / or bring them up to date at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
This gives your workforce the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the captured image with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously in several formats.
So you always have the right photo for
the CRM system, Outlook, WhatsApp & Co, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, XING, Instagram
etc. within easy reach.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new recordings, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his photo as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.

Alternative uses

To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of such a perfected photo box starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and is worthwhile for organizations with around 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the option to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
