What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place synchronously in different dimensions.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.

Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the different target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
