The mission goal
The employees in your company are given the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes on a regular basis (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that no extra personnel is needed on site.
This gives your workforce the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the employee can use to load his original photo and the different formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
Additional deployment options
In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following options:

The need for investment
