The workforce in your company is given the opportunity to take a photo of the employee's personal photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a defined location.
The recording will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved picture and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen in many dimensions at the same time.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee will be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, the workforce can choose between three different ways to get their picture as a file.

The photobox provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
