The mission goal
The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The recording will be saved in a size and aspect ratio that you have specified (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee can be directly visible on the picture.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways to receive their photos digitally.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download the original image and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can save his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is sent directly to the employee's email address.

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
