The use of a photo box for employee photos
The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You can position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the photo booth and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as e.g. B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photographed image and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can take place at the same time in different dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately included in the image.

How does the photographed person get the picture?
So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to choose from to get their picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original image and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which staff can save their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is then immediately sent to the employee's e-mail address.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over directly.
