The staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your teams the option to always identify 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photobooth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the staff to get their photo as a file.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the staff has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where staff can download their images. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy their original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
3. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's email inbox.

Further deployment options

In order to make the best possible use of the acquisition, you have the following possible uses:
