The mission goal

It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your teams the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the best format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the required steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the recorded image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that the CRM system or ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the workforce can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo as a file.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different versions for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
