This gives your workforce the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds that you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). How does the photographed person get the picture?

The photo box provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the different target systems.
