The employees in your company have the option of creating and / or updating their individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a location that changes regularly (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the image.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the recorded image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take many forms at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, employees can choose between three different ways of receiving their photo as a file.

At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the employee can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
