1. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site using the operator's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail and your intended signature. For this solution, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
3. GDPR compliant download for users
   Our unique download system ensures that each user only has access to his or her video or videos. In return, every guest on the platform receives a business card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then fits exactly to this clip.
4. Integrated control system
   At the same time, the high-quality stainless steel columns serve as a people guidance system (also with LED light band). This guarantees safe operation of the 360° video booth even in dark ambient light.
5. Professional 4-6 point LED lighting systems
   With up to 6 high-performance RGB LED effect light bars on beautiful stainless steel tripods, there is always enough light for the videos.
6. Copy of all movies for you as the client
   As proof of our campaign, you as the client will receive all films in the original version and in the edited version directly after the party.
7. Provision of a 360 degree booth system
   For large events (from 500 people) another identical module is available from our cooperation partners at identical conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the created video. The time that participants need to prepare and the amount of "takes" that a guest wants can hardly be predicted. However, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 2-3 minutes on average. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.
8. 49 ″ LCD monitor
   As a direct attraction on site, the films are presented in their finished form on a large 49 ″ 4k LCD TV set a few seconds after they have been recorded.
9. Design of the films with intro / outro / overlay
   There are different ways to brand the film. We are happy to advise you.
10. Arrival and departure in Germany
    Only the kilometers driven will be billed.
