3. Construction of a 360 degree booth system
   For larger trade fairs (500 people or more), another identical system is available from our partners at identical conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the beginning of the recording to the display of the generated film. The amount of time that participants need to prepare and the number of "shots" that a user wants can hardly be predicted. On average, however, you can assume a throughput time of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site via the supervisor's iPad. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail message and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.

   The noble stainless steel columns also serve as a guidance system for guests (also with LED light band). This ensures safe operation of the 360° Booth even when there is no ambient light.
6. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.
7. Special SlowMotion accessories
   On request, we can bring suitable accessories that work well on SlowMotion videos. Confetti, cash gun, fans, towels, juggling balls, etc.
8. Copy of all clips for you as the client
   As proof of our activity, you as a customer will receive all clips in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the party.
9. Professional 4-6 corner LED lamps
   With 4-6 strong RGB LED effect light bars on special stainless steel columns, there is always enough light for video recordings.
10. Branding of the videos with intro / outro / overlay
    There are several options for branding the film. We would be happy to advise you on this.

    Every 360° booth is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the participants and serves as a source of ideas when some "creativity" is needed at the video booth.
12. GDPR compliant download for visitors
    Our unique download system ensures that each user only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a business card with a pre-printed random key. This code then fits exactly to this film.
