What you get ...
- Construction of a 360 degree spincam system
For large celebrations (more than 500 participants), another identical module is available from a cooperation partner at identical conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the finished video. The phase that visitors need to prepare and the amount of "recordings" that a guest wants is difficult to predict. On average, however, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 2-3 minutes. The area required is approx. 4×4 meters. All that is needed is a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant online gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the supervisor's tablet. If you would like the video to be sent by email, please let us know your subject, the body text for the email message and your intended signature. For this solution, a sufficiently fixed WLAN must be made available on site.- The system operator
Any event module is only as good as the person overseeing it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the visitors and serves as a source of ideas when a little "ingenuity" is needed on the 360° Booth. - Archiving the video data
On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system. - GDPR compliant download for guests
Our unique gallery system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. In return, every guest at the 360° Booth receives a business card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then fits exactly to this video. - 49 inch LCD display
