1. The system operator
   Any 360° Booth is only as good as the person who oversees it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing visitors and serves as a source of ideas if a little "imaginativeness" is desired on the platform.
2. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
3. Development in Germany
   Only the kilometers driven will be charged.
4. Provision of a 360 ° spincam system
   For large celebrations (from 500 people) a second identical module is available through our partner at the same conditions. It takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the produced video. The time that guests need to prepare and the number of "takes" that a user wants is difficult to predict. However, one can assume an average duration of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space requirement is approx. 4×4 meters. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.

   As proof of our campaign, you as the client will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the event.
8. GDPR compliant download for guests
   Our unique download system ensures that each guest only has access to their video or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then belongs exactly to this film.
9. Design of the clips with intro / outro / overlay
   There are many different ways to design the clip. We would be happy to advise you on this.
