4. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
5. Copy of all movies for you as the client
   As proof of our activity, you as the client will receive all of the videos in their original version as well as the edited version immediately after the event.
6. Construction of a 360 degree booth system
   For larger celebrations (from 500 participants), a second identical module is available from our cooperation partners at identical prices. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the produced video. The amount of time guests need to prepare and the number of “tries” a guest will want is hard to predict. However, one can assume an average throughput speed of approx. 2.5 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.
7. 49 ″ LCD screen
   As a direct attraction on site, the videos are shown a few seconds after recording in the finished form on a large 49″ 4k LCD TV.
8. The system operator
   Any event module is only as good as the person who oversees it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the guests and serves as a source of ideas when something "imaginative" is needed at the 360° Booth.

   In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the operator's tablet. If you would like the videos to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail and your desired signature. For this alternative, a satisfactorily fixed WLAN must be made available on site.
