2. GDPR compliant video download for guests
   Our unique download system ensures that each user only has access to his film or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a card with a pre-printed random download code. This code then belongs exactly to this film.
3. The system operator
   Every 360° Booth is only as good as the person who accompanies it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the visitors and serves as a source of ideas when a little "ingenuity" is needed on the 360° Booth.

5. Development of a 360 degree video system
   For larger events (from 500 participants) another identical system is available through our partners under the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the produced film. The stage visitors will need to prepare and the number of “tries” a guest will want is difficult to predict. On average, however, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2.5 minutes. The area required is approx. 4×4 m. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
6. Archiving the video data
   On request, we can save the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system.

   Only the kilometers driven are billed.
8. Copy of all videos for you as the client
   As proof of our work, you as a customer will receive all movies in their original version as well as in the edited version directly after the party.
