What should be achieved?

This gives your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in several dimensions.

How does the employee get his picture?

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is then sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides its own WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
