A suggested solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read immediately from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the employee report can be set up.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the photographed image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can happen in many dimensions at the same time.

How did the staff come to the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the employee to get his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the employee can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobox provides a private WLAN which the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the employee can load his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
